Who is Samantha?

Samantha is a passionate advocate of public libraries. They believe that public libraries have a unique role in the growth and liberation of communities.

They hold an A.A.S. degree in Library Information Technology from Minneapolis College, where they were lucky enough to learn from the most educated and passionate librarians one could hope to meet. Learning about everything from AI use in libraries to library services in prisons, they honed their library skills and social justice beliefs in equal measure.

Samantha lives in Minneapolis with their dog, Taki.
